Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with its intended function as an informational restaurant website.

Reservations and Online Ordering
Reservations. Table reservations made through the Site are handled by OpenTable, a third-party reservations platform. When you book a table, your reservation details (party size, date, and time) and your name, email, and phone number are submitted to OpenTable and handled under OpenTable's own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functioning of the OpenTable platform.
Ordering through Toast. Links on this Site may direct you to Toast's own website to place an order or purchase a gift card. When you click these links, you leave this Site entirely and complete your order, gift card purchase, and payment on Toast's own website, under Toast's own terms of service and privacy policy. This Site does not process, take, or collect your order or payment information at any point.
Ordering through Uber Eats. Orders placed through Uber Eats are placed, paid for, fulfilled, and refunded entirely under Uber Eats' own terms of service. Delivery is performed by Uber Eats' couriers, not by Luci Ristorante. Prices and menu items shown through Uber Eats may differ from those shown on this Site.
Gift Cards. Gift cards are sold through Toast's platform, available at https://www.toasttab.com/lucisitaliano/giftcards (opens in a new tab) and linked from https://www.lucisitaliano.com/gift-card. Gift card purchases are subject to Toast's own terms and policies, and completed entirely on Toast's own website.
